Information collected

Account information may include your email address, display name, country, age-related eligibility information and contact preferences. Participation records may include petition votes, free giveaway entries, suggestions and help offers.

Payments

Payment credentials must be handled by an approved payment provider. VI World Vacation should not store full card numbers, security codes, wallet private keys or authentication secrets.

Security and analytics

Technical events may include page paths, button interactions, anonymous identifiers, security signals and CAPTCHA results. Private message content should not be collected as analytics.

Service providers

The planned infrastructure uses Supabase for accounts and database services, Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, Resend for transactional email and an approved payment provider for checkout. Final providers and international data-transfer terms must be listed before launch.

Your choices and rights

Users should be able to request access, correction or deletion of their personal information and withdraw optional marketing consent. A verified privacy contact and response process must be published before launch.

Children

The public service should not knowingly collect data from children below the applicable digital-consent age. Giveaway age limits and parental-consent requirements must be defined in the final rules for each eligible region.
